Siiiggghhhhh! I'm so not used to this yet. Buuut I did go to the grocery store so I have some healthy stuff in the fridge. Hope the hubby doesn't mind eating chicken breast and broccoli for the next ...forever lol

What I do to keep the family happy, since my son and hubby`s favourite meals are pizza and baked mac n cheese, which definitely are not in my diet: Twice per week I make them something different and make myself a salad or individually packaged fish with some veggies and then i don`t normally get any complaints the rest of the week. also i often add a sidedish like rice or noodles for them, and just don`t put any on my plate. though i may have a little at lunch the next day since i just avoid carbs after 4pm. 1 last trick i found was spaghetti sauce over broccoli or green beans while they have pasta. but i do like broccoli. lol. hope that helps.
