I didn't weigh myself today. I thought I did really great with working out and eating yesterday, I was worried that if the scale didnt show anything I would feel miserable and unmotivated. I think I did really well today too. I think I will weigh myself tomorrow. Fingers crossed the news is good!

I'm on a low carb diet as well and I know what you mean about the scale unmotivating me, so I only plan on weighing once a week at the same time. I know folks that weigh two or three times a day, that's a little crazy don't you think? BTW how did the weigh in go?

I weight myself daily, and unfortunately it is the exact reflection of what I did the day before, its good for getting feedback on what you can or cannot do ( if yours works the same way) that is why I can predict my weight every morning without weighting myself, based on yesterday's activities. It is painful now, as I know how much trouble I can be in after a naughty day, but when I started it gave me a great knowledge about how my body works. I figured out what can go wrong. so it might worth the try.
