Day 3 of a planned 6 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Wow, I have never lost weight this fast. I have no explanation other than I have been going to the bathroom every 3 hours all day (and night).

Not sure why my body wants to drop so much water after only 3 days of ‘no solid food fasting’ considering I was only able to 🏃🏾 run one day so far.

I woke up feeling ‘lethargic’ so I took some Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate and I feel better. I will allow myself to have as many protein shakes today as I want. I am ok with not dropping any weight for the next few days and even gaining a few pounds back.

Yes, I want to lose weight, but, losing weight by ‘dehydration’ is not safe 👎🏾.

However, the plan is to continue ‘no solid food fasting’ at least 5 days a week and EPIC amounts of cardio 🏃🏾🏃🏾. I hope to run 5-7 miles a day at least 6 days a week.

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

@Keilin_4 - Thanks! Yeah I am still having to "go to the bathroom" every 2 hours so perhaps I will keep dropping weight? Let's see what happens tomorrow...

I think it’s probably dropping so fast because you aren’t consuming enough carbs to hold it. That’s what’s suppose to happen but I know that is unusual for you 😃 Take it as a blessing! Hydrate and carry on!

@CrashtestDawnie - Makes sense. I never consumed that many carbs for as many days (10 days1) since I started this fasting a year ago. Otherwise, I can't really explain it, but, I'm just gonna go with it :)
