Started training with a session of cycling yesterday - 330 cal 22 min.

Started a challange on drinking 3L water a day for a week. Im not much of a drinker of anything to be honest, only drink when thirsty.
Day 1 - made it to 3L plus 500 ml green tea and 250ml Pepsi Max. Seriously not keen on all the trips to the toilet.

Was not able to train today as the Temp was 37 C with high himidity but stayed strict on eating with no junk food.

So this week the focus is on upping water intake , extra fruit and veggies and no junk food!

The frequent trips to the toilet will ease up, once your body gets used to taking in more fluid.... Strange, but true :-). Well done on the cycling - 330 calories yeaaah.
