Okay, after a three-day plateau, it's good to see movement again! Even if is only 1/2 pound, I'll take it. I know that weight that comes off fast returns fast, so it can take it's sweet time as long as those numbers go in the right direction.

I was finally able to do some grocery shopping yesterday with healthy eating in mind. This will be so much easier having healthy options in the cupboard, rather than trying to make good choices from junk.

274.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
