Maintenance mode has its ups and downs! Over 6 months now and my weight keeps most of the time steady now. Power walking >40km a week helps a lot. But this week it got a bit overboard with over 65km and thinking about a small break. Issue is, do i adjust my intake or just take the damage and work on it after?
166.4 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
