Oh- Diablo hears all about it. LOL. I know on here its going to be everyone telling me not to worry about the number on the scale so I keep it to myself. Now if it continues tomorrow... more than one day of an increase unless for a good reason (like stuffed shells), then I cannot contain the irritation. Much like your picture post. Ha. I held it in as long as possible.

Stuffed shells are always an excellent reason to gain! I'm gonna start throwing them into the regular rotation... The cutting cycle at the end of summer is gonna suck when food restrictions come into play. I now know why D would love to be on a year-round bulk lol.

The "plan"... Idk because I ate fairly low calories, went to the gym, stood a lot on purpose at my daughters softball game and look what it got me... But really just planning more of the same. Leg day today, try to eat a decent amount of protein and not overboard with calories. All I can do I guess.

Jcmama 🤣 not gonna lie though... Once I cut the calories and up the protein....things definitely slow down.
