Well it is Friday and have gone to the gym everyday since the New Year. Have journaled all of my food, left nothing out and NO WINE since Monday for the first time in over a year!

Why did I get off track and gain 30 lbs? Mostly drinking too much and not paying close enough attention to calorie count. Funny thing is I don't eat fast food, I eat no processed food, but the wine really adds to the calories quickly. When you drink you loose track of how many calories. You also impulsively eat and I know that I did that, who knew that you could gain so much weight eating healthy foods? HaHa

BUT the good news is I feel so much better, I feel like I am empowered again and back to the old habits. Last time I started this journey at 245 lbs I made a committment to my daughter for her wedding, this time I am making a committment to ME to not ever be 245 lbs again!
