The weekend was not to horrible with the food I just can never sit down at the computer to record any of it but since it was so hot I know I could not have gone over.

On Monday, I made "No Pudge" brownies which my husband promptly iced with Duncan Hines Frosting :D

260.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
