Day 1 of the challenge was kind of a bust for me or a sign from above that I must really commit to this challenge. I was sick in bed with the stomach virus all day and night. Needless to say, I did not eat any fast food or unhealthy snacks. I did not eat anything for that matter. I did drink the water but did not exercise unless you count the times I had to run to the bathroom to be sick. So, today I am off to a better start to the challenge. I truly think God was helping me kick my Pepsi addiction by making me this ill. LOL
