I am too afraid to weigh-in... I'm leaving it until my usual Monday weigh-in (and after the last "festive" gathering on Saturday).

I think we all dread the post xmas weigh in...i did but part of the lose weight process is being honest with ourselves. Its like my calorie counter, i am a self confessed chocoholic and i could look good my omitting what i eat but i don't i still count them regardless. Remember chocolate is a bean, beans are grown and therefore part of my 5 a day lol...only joking.
I think you are right to leave it until your normal weigh in day and use the time to work back into a normal routine :)

Its to be expected. I spent 3 days in my old jeans after xmas day for the same reason
