well... i dont expect to see any thing so quick.. so ^^ ill just hope lol ^^.

so far so good. by just paying attentiong im doing well so far . ^^ good luck me.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
