1. don't skip meals ...will crave unhealthy stuff more... 2. use a smaller plate... will stop eating when full... 3. count calories and plan meals in advance using calorie counter 4. eat more protien to feel full 5. try to eat blended soup...even to i hate soup... 6. try to eat some LOW FAT dairy 7. try to move around a bit more...
