Restarting my diet. I've been taking a break due to health issues but it's time to get back into healthy habits. The holidays have taken a 6lbs toll on me. It was expected and I'm not stressing about it. Hope everyone had a great Christmas :)

It was a fat Christmas! Still up 6lbs myself for the holiday season, but back into my own routine mostly (barring a box of thin mints from last year I found in the freezer), and set myself a target of 75# lost total for my birthday next month.
