I definitly want to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. My first step towards this goal is to replace pop with healther and lower sugar options like tea or sparkling water with a little bit of juice.
I think also that I should try to eat about half of much as I usually eat. And I should try to find lunch ideas that don't rely on bread or starch.
