And down we go again. The only thing I can think was the extra salt in the nuts I had last week.So glad to be going in the right direction again! Dont get discouraged folks it does work given time.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
