In prepping for my diet start (post x-mass) I did a Costco run. I like their Premier protein shakes plus their frozen chicken and fish. It was hard to resist my usual buy of chocolate chip cookies.

I'd be careful with the amount of sodium in those shakes. But I commend you for resisting the cookies!
