Yes- definitely happier today though the date night and food made the increase worthwhile. Just gotta get back on it immediately. Old me would've binged for 2 weeks. LOL

Can totally relate to the “old me would’ve” comment. If I fell off, I’d eat horribly for at least a week, almost like trying to “get it all in while I could”. Way to go!

So... it wasn't a total fasting day... how'd it wind up looking calorie-wise? No deprivation/cravings?

chrisw... came to about 800 calories- which was 800 more than I was anticipating. :) Oh well. I refuse to starve myself. Shooting for the same today and back to 1500-1800 again on Wednesday to meet my weight loss goal for the week by Friday.
