It's been a very busy and stressful few months. Hubby is embarking on a new career in truck driving; my son has been incarcerated; my grandkids are being raised by the other grandmother; and my dad and mother in law are both having some serious health issues. Needless to say, I've not been following my diet. I think I'm holding to within about 5 pounds of my last weigh-in, but I don't know for sure. I'm in AZ, helping my mom so she can take care of dad in the hospital. I don't have a lot of control over what we're eating and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't make the right choices right now anyway. I just want to get through all this in one piece! Here's to hoping the new year is better than the last! I'll try to check in more often.
