Day 14, I have the day off today. Going to be productive, do some laundry clean the house, kicked back make a nice breakfast and watching some movies with my hubby. I am making it my goal to drink 150 oz of water today and little to no carbs.... I want to stay under 10 carbs. I need to lose 2 more lbs by Sunday morning. Which is alot but I am ready to do this. I feel such confidence in my self control and I want to reach my goals.
