Wow I blew it a couple days ago. I managed to avoid the cake, pie, cookies and all the other carb-ladened goodies at the holiday party and then came home and ate 4 zone bars!!! I need to maintain focus and keep my eye on the prize:)
I'm hoping that I can make it through the rest of the holiday season without incident. I love seeing progress and that will only happen if i am vigilant.
Really happy that I placed my miracle noodle order! They really do help with the carb cravings.
