I am starting to finally feel a bit better in my skin and my clothes! I have a long way to go, but am taking this one day at a time and each day I realize sugar is my addiction and I can never go back to that drug again!! One taste and I feel it my control will be gone.

I have an irresistible sugar crave around 16:30. I fruit will only hold it off partially, unless I have raspberries or blueberries. Sugar is really a drug and I know about being addicted to it. It is hard to be inserted into a regular community reality and avoid it totally. I suppose it is a question of 'how much'. I am studying and sugars of some form are really a big boost for brain energy. I love cinnamon, too. I have it in so many things.Cheese is a tough one as well. Good luck to you.
