Happy to know that this holiday season, I seem to be able to drink rum and Irish cream without a problem! Both I have had in either coffee or egg nog and my weight is still in check. Beer and Vodka seem to be the enemy in my world for social drinks.
Christmas party #2 is this Thursday night so gearing up for then. I have so far avoided many of the treats that are all around the office already. I plan on using the moderation rule this season and am going to try hard to maintain my current weight throughout.
