I can't believe I completed week 3 of the 12 week workout program. Big hug to self!!! 👏👏👏 Nutrition wise? Not so great 😥😥😥 Why so hard??? I guess I just can't walk and chew gum at the same time. I'll take the tiny victory for now and try to fight my inner demon one step at a time. I'm not about to beat myself up and give up so quickly.

I'm trying to do CICO but it's not working for me. I'm seriously thinking about going back to Keto! Ok, to be honest, maybe I should skip those late night M&Ms 😳😳😳 Thanks, Debbie and mrsroboro!!!

What is your 12 week workout program you currently on?

It's the Les Mills Pump Combat Hybrid from Beachbody I got years ago. Pump came with barbells and Combat with boxing gloves. I have many workout dvds but Les Mills is the only one that I always come back to and can keep me going. It consists of mixed martial art, weight training, yoga and ab work. I already feel stronger and had increase the weight since week 3. Can't say enough about Les Mills <3
