I pulled a plane over the weekend! It was for charity... I took the kids. It was fun. It was empowering. After seeing the photos... It was a wake up call that I need to lose this weight! I lost my figure lol.


Any rate... I worked out this morning. I will be working out every morning I can (and if not in the evening). That is my goal. I will make my goal. I will also be posting to my food journal (goal two). It is now in writing. I will do this. :)


And for good measure... another reminder of why I need to lose this weight... Note the goofy face on my son :)
