I love the hubby to death but sometimes I think he likes me much better fat than thin. Last night brings home my favorite beer and me no will power have a couple and today up a pound because of it. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened. I know I am responsible for my own actions or in actions but really?

Will work out for 45 minutes and drink tons of water maybe will be in a better place this afternoon.

Sign me bloated and crabby UGH

light beer not bad.i eat low carb,exercise some,drink lots of water and do enjoy some light beer.i believe there can be a balance.

I know what you mean, However I guess I am the Husband that tends to do that. My wife and I both often will sit back and put a couple beers down. I am useally the one to bring it up or bring it home. I do have to say that I has changed. I have decided that My wife wants to lose weight and I need to be completely supportive and knowing that beer is not a great way to lose the lbs, I too need to understand that it slowing me down in my work-outs. Also not just or bodys, but I we have come so much closer when we go out to dinners and have a nice meal after that stresful day that I would normally say deserves a beer. That is more rewarding and needed. Good Luck and I would suggest a Good flavored Decaf Coffee for a Night Cap.

It is about balance. If you are on plan most of the time and have a couple of low carb beers once and while, it's not a big deal. you need to live and enjoy life as you lose weight. It shouldn't be misery, especially during the holiday season. Exercise and plenty of water and you will be fine.
