Too much sodium yesterday!!!!! Need to keep pounding down the water, but I did get some sleep last night.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Jaime! My trick to use less salt is to use more spices when cooking. Fresh or powder spices don't add many calories, but they fool your tongue in the sense that you don't taste there's way less salt or no salt in what you are eating! :)

My sodium was waay over what it normally is yesterday, also, Jamie. I know where the culprit was, and I'll plan it out a lil better next time.. lol. I'm over here pounding down the water, too, girl :P

Thanks Lizzie - honestly I do not use salt...any sodium I have comes all ready added in the foods :( Angie - I know where mine was from too...it happens sometimes...just have to double-down on that water.
