Did not eat enough or drink enough water yesterday and now a gain just as I thought would happen. T.O.M. is here and also had another massage therapy treatment and feel very swollen around my shoulders, arms and chest. I think my body is retaining extra fluid at the moment! I will try to eat more today and have some extra protein this evening when I am home from work
