It's only when you keep a journal that you can see where you went wrong. No surprise this weekly.. had a birthday party with left over icecrear cake and of course the real cake and icecream on the birthday. Also out shopping so drive thru got my attention. Thank goodness I stayed aware of what I was eating or I would have gained. The answer is journal, journal, journal... this is week one of 10 to go, hopefully after the 10 weeks it will be just as important as the thought given to what you eat. By staying more inline with my numbers this week and my water challenge I should make up for the lower weight loss this week.
