1 day before my nutritionist appointment.

The scales point to an increase of 1kg(2.2lbs) in my weight, even after a somewhat controlled weekend.

I'm feeling a bit disappointed because not a lot of people are noticing that I actually lost weight, after a month of a lot of hard work, training 4-5x a week Jiu Jitsu, 1-2x week Bycicle Rides, and a very controlled diet, I'm frustrated that the balance is not reflecting all the hard work, and yeah, I lost some measures, but nothing out of this world.

Today I also got the result of a few exams, all slightly above the max reference value, and elevated uric acid levels.

I'm gonna keep going, but frankly I don't feel like that when I'm eating all that shit I used to eat.

Patience, young Padawan. Your time will come. For me, the compliments didn't come until about 30 kilos were off me! You feel like you work your butt off for nothing, but trust me - it's ALL worth it. The well being you will feel a little further down the line is AMAZING. I'm curious to hear what your nutritionist say. I find that some have a LOT they can teach us, and a LOT are full of s**t and have no idea how hard it is to lose weight. I hope yours is a good one. :)

Thanks man, today I went to my appointment, it seems I lost a lot more than I thought and definitely a lot of measures, feeling with a much better mood. Frankly I had some bad experiences with nutrologists, those are usually full of crap, this nutritionist i´m going I'm enjoying it a lot.
