Not feeling like exercising today. Let's hope Billy Blanks can inspire me. Going out for lunch and looking forward to some guilt-free sashimi. Still hoping that the scale will start reflecting my effort. I'm definitely creating a calorie deficit daily so there is no reason why the pounds won't start melting off soon.
