Yummy 😋!! How were the cauliflower-grits? I’m curios because I haven’t tried that or the riced cauliflower yet. Love my zucchini, squash and carrot noodles.

I love riced cauliflower! It takes on what ever seasonings you use. Swapping out rice for riced cauliflower was such a great mine for me. I highly recommend it.

Definitely going to give it a try!! Thanks Letty😊 I don’t eat white rice because of carbs but I will occasionally eat the brown grain.

I buy a bag of frozen riced cauliflower and just microwave it.
