Changing the routine today..
Happy happy Thursday to everyone..
A day of rest from zwift...and virtual riding inside..allow my body time to recover from my 40 mile yesterday...yesterday’s ride was 15 minutes faster then the 40 miler I did March 8th...nice to be able to look back at past rides and get info..
Today’s plan..kettlebell workout..maybe some toe touches..just all around workout..different movement...since I’m riding mon,wed,and fri...now..need to challenge body with different workout..
Also prep day..stay ahead on having food prepped ahead to stick with what works best...
Going to meditate in a few..get my mind focused on the day and my intentions..
Calm your mind..set your intentions...allow it to happen
