Half a pound, but I'll take it. Upping my fat and lowering my amount of meat or protein, or at least making sure I add more fat to the meat. We will see if it works.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Be proud of every ounce lost! :) The added fat will help you to feel full. Avocados are a great source of "good" fat and fiber. Good luck to you!
