Whatever scale! We both know I ran hard and worked out hard yesterday. You are tool. Sometimes a tool to be used and sometimes just a 'TOOL'...hahaha.

Seriously, I did have a heavy carb day Saturday. It wasn't intentional; I thought the Mongolian Beef would be a good choice, and probably considering the options it was. However, it was high in carbs but that is okay. It is one day out of the rest of my life, and honestly there will be days like that. So it's all good.

This is a life style, and not a 'diet'. Be kind to yourselves! :)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
