I actually found this website because I was looking for the calories for a Strawberry Golden Oreo Blizzard! But what the hell. I'm on day 3 of my impromptu diet and I'm already a little shaky. What is it about summer that makes people want to diet? Probably the skimpy clothes, bathing suits, beach parties,...need I go on? Well, I'm doing this diet because I want to get healthier. I at least want to drop a few pounds to get into the fat jeans that I've grown out of. That's my first goal. There's really not a rhyme or reason to my diet...I'm just watching my caloric intake, cutting out soda pop (which is hard...I used to go through 6 diet Dr. Pepper's a day), limiting white flour, cutting out potatoes for the most part, and exercising in the pool every day for about half an hour. I like this a lot better than Atkins. I have been on low/no carb diets before and I lost a lot of weight, but they were so limiting. I always got extremely least this way I'm not completely cutting out any food group, I just have to keep my calories down.
