I FEEL INCREDIBLE TODAY... lol! I just feel good and you know why.....cause I'm not hungry anymore. I eat my meal and I'm satisfied. I'm not entering my food for awhile only because I noticed I was obsessed with it and didn't want to eat and I knew better then that. See when I lost 30lbs back in 2007, I ate 5 healthy meals with veggies and fruit included. I did my weight training and ran. I lost weight and never felt hungry, but I also didn't count cals. Now I'm always hungry because I don't want to eat more then a 1000 cals. So I stopped counting and feel so much better. Don't get me wrong counting is great! But right now for me, I need to step back and get a grasp on eating more and then come back to counting.
