It’s 161.2 at 9:35 at night! Yay! Of course I ate nothing all day. An unplanned fast until I just ate some pistachios and now popcorn.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
