Life Change's Journal, 22 June 2010

Lately I have been going through some serious life issues. But I have been neglecting my FS n my FS people and for that I say sorry. :( I have been straight clowning with the eating & not workin out like I should. For the most part I have been maintaining in the 230's which is urking my effin nerves but it could be worse.

But when I started this I made a commitment and IM BACK ! My life just isn't complete without my FS lol Hopefully my downfall 4 the past 2 months hasn't ruined me forever. I FEEL LIKE CRAP...but i guess I'll get over it. I just need some encouragement & a push with a little ambition on the side. But I'm slowly working my way back to where I wanna be :)
