Hi all. I'm new to this app and so I'm trying out a post. I've been keeping track of my eating for like 4 days now and somehow I've gained 5lbs lol I dunno how or why. But maybe my body is figuring out what I'm doing. I hope this works out lol
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome! The weight loss is not linear. There will be ups and downs. Just stick with it!

I’d say keep recording everything and see where you are in a week. If you aren’t losing, you may be eating too many calories. The fat secret app thinks I should eat an additional 500 calories to lose weight 🙄 that just doesn’t work 🤷‍♀️
