Hi all. I'm new to this app and so I'm trying out a post. I've been keeping track of my eating for like 4 days now and somehow I've gained 5lbs lol I dunno how or why. But maybe my body is figuring out what I'm doing. I hope this works out lol

I’d say keep recording everything and see where you are in a week. If you aren’t losing, you may be eating too many calories. The fat secret app thinks I should eat an additional 500 calories to lose weight 🙄 that just doesn’t work 🤷♀️
