Well, I guess I know why I couldn't stop snacking ALL DAY yesterday. I woke up with severe cramps and some evidence that TOM, although 2 weeks late, is arriving today. I guess I can cancel that Dr's appointment now. I am really ok with it; at least I KNOW now. Not knowing was driving me nuts. Packed a good lunch today with lots of healthy snacks AND got up an hour early to work out. I got this.
