been in hospital. Didn't have the opportunity to lose. am out now. I bought new scales. weighed. and now wish to fucking disappear. feeling disgusting

134.0 lb Lost so far: 119.5 lb. Still to go: 19.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.

Please don't be so hard on yourself! You may feel disgusting, but you look fantastic to me! I wish I was where you are physically right now. But mentally you need to find some serenity or you are going to make yourself sick! Take care!!
