I have been thinking about pizza. Today I stepped on the scale it there was no change or Any gain I
was going to binge. Well I got lucky.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't binge, it isn't worth it. The guilt feelings are way more than the good feelings of the food.
