Today has been pretty good. Got up pretty early, approximately 5:15am, and headed to class. This semester is almost over and Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner!!
The holidays are my worst enemy. I really want to eat all the traditional foods that are served at my family's house, but I don't want to break my diet. I plan to fill up on turkey and deviled eggs mostly... :S
However it is 2:30pm, early in the day, and I have just consumed my last carb.. ahhhh.. lol looks like I better thaw some chicken for dinner. Have I mentioned I love love love this website! It gives me recipes and tells me exactly how many carbs are in each serving :D Anyhow, I hope to meet a lot of friends on this site.
