Really blew it over the weekend. We always have 2 Thanksgivings, one at home and one with the extended family. I blew it on last nights at home Thanksgiving! Oh well, not going to worry about it too much until next week, after the next Thanksgiving.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
