Every single muscle of my upper body is aching today... good feeling, muscles are building up... but I feel so damn tired... zzz....

Thanks Rubie-Sue! You are right, its good pain! I have been sleeping all evening, before and after dinner... I think my body needs some rest after all that jumping and climbing! Its still a very good feeling! :)

Sleeping is good! I love the nice rest I get after a good workout.
