well I finally got to 'workout anytime' place on my way home from work. Glad I did, even though it was just 30 minutes it was worth it for me to break the ice and get started. I am planning on going in the morning on way to work so I can scope out the machines and maybe try a few. Seems like they are very busy after 5pm so hopefully before 7 they won't be as busy. I did not stay on a good woe plan over the weekend but that is in the past so I won't dwell on it. Just go on from here. I did go to the grocery store yesterday and stock up on food to follow a 4 day diet plan I went on in the past which was a good one. Today was day 1 and went ok. It is not a completely no carb woe but has good food and of course no sugar or starch. Which is good. I just want to get down below the 150 mark where I felt so much better. I'll have to look and see when I was there before and what my plan was! But again, the past is past so lets just move on!
