Maybe lowered cortisol or something of the sort, I lost almost 3lbs after a 6300 calorie day last week with a lot of carbs to boot...

I’m kinda curious as to the breakfast too lol. That’s more than I eat in a day usually. Chris... my pizza here is about 2630 kcal... can’t remember if that’s medium or large. I so wish I had that amount of calories to eat every day!
