Morning All..
Tired of talking about it.. but didn't pass the water challenge yesterday (again)!
working on it - will definitely do better today. I already have 4 glasses down and it's not 11am yet! This is a good thing for me.. Ate good yesterday - wasn't hungry or craving sweets too bad toward the evening. I just don't like the calorie count - it's kinda high too me..

Other than that - doing my exercise daily - 50+ minutes daily.. Everyone have a great day! Dorothy

195.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
