So I was looking back at my weight history.....

My weight today (221.4#) is just what it was November 8, 2011 (221.3#) and I did good but fell off. It is EXACTLY what it was April 4, 2011 (221.4#). So by looking at April 4 and history onward I can kind of see some expectations and maybe able to avoid some disappointments.

I will not sabotage myself this time. I will make my current goal and then will move on from there!

I cant't help reading your entry and not feeling like we are the same person! Haha! I have also been doing low carb for a bit and seem to bounce around as well. I work in an office 8 hours a day come home and do housework for an hour, and lately have only been working out once a week :( I have set a goal of loosing 11+ lbs by christmas because I know I can do it, and it will put me under 200 finally again! Please feel free to message me anytime, I feel I can relate to you :)

Hi Samb thanks so much! I know this works for me and not sure why I let myself get so far gone. Of course each time I say not again but this time I think I have a great group of buddies on here and a lot of activity on the Low Carb board so there is added support. I know we can make our goal! I came across a quote about discipline and keep reminding myself that discipline is about what I want MOST not what I want right now. Would love to be buddies with you and chat!

Thanks Angie I am really prooud of myself. Better yet I am full but not miserable. I enjoyed dinner and didn't feel like I was missing out. Everyone ordered dessert and I passed. I can do this!
